Asbesco’s Advanced Production Facilities: Precision, Innovation & Excellence

Asbesco’s state-of-the-art production facilities are designed for precision engineering and seamless manufacturing. With cutting-edge technology, automation, and expert craftsmanship, we ensure superior quality in every component. From aluminum die casting to robotic welding, steel forging, galvanizing, and CNC machining, our integrated production process guarantees efficiency, durability, and excellence.

Aluminum Die Casting

Recognizing the critical role of aluminum die casting in hardware manufacturing, Asbesco has invested in advanced infrastructure to ensure superior quality castings. Our facility includes reverberatory tilting furnaces (both oil-fired and electric), bale-out furnaces, high-capacity gravity die casting machines, degassing units, and expertly designed dies and tooling. Alongside gravity die casting, we also offer pressure die casting for select components, ensuring faster, uniform, and defect-free production.

Aluminum & Steel Pipe bending

Our specially designed CNC bending machines enable precision manufacturing of corona control rings, grading rings (in both aluminum and steel), and other custom components as per client requirements.

Robotic & Manual Welding

We employ a combination of manual and robotic welding for superior precision. Our latest 7-axis welding robot, coupled with CNC pipe bending technology, ensures high-quality assembly of complex hardware components like grading rings, corona rings, dead-end clamps, and T-connectors.

Steel Fabrication

Equipped with CNC plasma cutting, CNC drilling, and standalone drilling machines, Asbesco efficiently fabricates parts such as yoke plates, sag adjusting plates, extension links, straps, and brackets with precision and consistency.

Steel Forging

Our fully equipped forging unit features two high-capacity hammers (1.5T & 0.75T), trimming presses, heat treatment normalizing furnaces, and MPI test setups. With an annual capacity of approximately 1,000 MT, we ensure high-quality forged components.

Helical Forming

Custom-built machines enable us to manufacture armor rods and retaining rods in various sizes, tailored to meet specific project requirements.

Galvanizing Plant

Asbesco operates an industry-leading galvanizing plant imported from SIRIO, Italy. Featuring automated overhead crane operations and a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) for temperature regulation, this plant ensures uniform zinc coating and consistently high-quality galvanization.

Machine Shop

Our machine shop plays a vital role in refining components to their final shape and size. Equipped with power presses, milling machines, turning machines, and lathes, we maintain strict tolerances and deliver precision-engineered hardware.

Die Making

To meet even the most demanding delivery schedules, Asbesco manufactures all necessary forging and casting dies in-house using Vertical Milling Centers (VMC). This capability allows us to develop new components efficiently for custom projects.

Material Handling Equipments

Our production units are equipped with EOT cranes (2.5T to 5T) to facilitate smooth material movement across forging, galvanizing, steel fabrication, and assembly units. Additionally, trolley carts on monorails, forklifts, hand carts, and bins enhance the efficiency of intra-facility transport, storage, and traceability of work-in-progress materials.
